We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case-by-case basis and it is always our endeavour to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be. The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration. The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 Hours from the date of receiving the product(s). All sales are not final implies that a customer can cancel and exchange or claim a refund on the purchase. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. www.herbalstores.in will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if a purchase from the vendor has been initiated or if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. In case of custom packed products that are packed specially for a customer, cancellation will not be entertained. • Refund cost

www.herbalstores.in will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 4~7 business days to process the refund.
